Refund and Cancellation Policy for EGI Technocraft

1. Website Development Services

Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel their website development services within 7 days of placing the order. Any cancellations beyond this period will not be entertained unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund Policy:

• Full Refund: If the project is canceled within 7 days of payment and no substantial work has begun, a full refund will be processed.
• Partial Refund: If the cancellation request is made after work has started but within the first phase of development, a partial refund will be offered, based on the amount of work completed.
• No Refund: Once the final product is delivered or if more than 50% of the project has been completed, no refund will be provided.

2. Domain Services

Cancellation Policy:

Once a domain name is registered, it cannot be canceled. Domain name registration fees are non-refundable due to the nature of domain registration rules set by domain registries.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are not available for domain registrations or renewals, as these services are fulfilled in real-time and cannot be undone.

3. Training Services

Cancellation Policy:

Clients can cancel their training registration up to 48 hours before the training session is scheduled to begin for a full refund.

Refund Policy:

• Full Refund: If a training session is canceled by EGI Technocraft due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
• Partial Refund: If the cancellation is made by the client within 24 hours before the training session, a 50% refund will be offered.
• No Refund: No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled training session or for no-shows.

4. General Conditions

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the customer support team at EGI Technocraft.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the refund request is approved.

EGI Technocraft reserves the right to evaluate refund and cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and quality service.

This policy is effective as of 1 April 2024 and is subject to change at EGI Technocraft’s discretion.
